We are delighted to share our recent collaboration with AQUAFEED, referents in the aquaculture sector, with the article: Designing antioxidants: the effect of molecular structure, which can be downloaded from this website.
With this publication we want to highlight the crucial role of molecular design in the production of valuable substances and the develop of the industrial sector. This is due to the fact that the importance of molecular structure lies not only in its intricate organization and bonding of atoms, but also in its influence on the physical and chemical properties of the chemical substances and materials.
Consequently, the exploration of the intricate interplay between molecular structure and its properties has led to the design of new products with specific characteristics.
